EPHEMERAL PLEASURES ETERNAL PURSUITS

Ephemeral Pleasures, Eternal Pursuits is a virtual three-dimensional exhibition inspired by Orsolya Lelkes’ illuminating work, “Sustainable Hedonism: A Thriving Life that Does Not Cost the Earth”. As Lelkes points out, the hedonic treadmill has woven itself into society urging us to normalize the inequities that plague our communities. 

 

The book's significance lies in its capacity to redefine the pursuit of happiness in an environmentally-conscious age. Lelkes encourages readers to examine their societal conditioning and offers a path toward genuine contentment.
